E-Land Register is a register of ownership relations and limited real rights. It has electronic online data interchange with other basic registers, cadastre and population registry. Digital Land Register software covers the whole registration procedure and has made electronic conveyance much easier. In Parnu, southern Estonia, more than 1,200 Estonian and Latvian volunteer troops, a section of the National Guard, take part in exercise Hurricane. The annual exercise is to improve troop capability and test them in a realistic war scenario. The Estonian volunteers form part of the Estonian Defence League, a network of fully equipped volunteer soldiers present in each municipality. Two F-22 Raptor fighters from the United States Air Force (USAF) along with two A-10 aircraft flew over Estonian cities for nearly an hour before landing at the Amari military base located close to Tallin, Friday. According to the Estonian Defence Ministry, the fighters have arrived at the Amari base to develop an understanding of the technical capabilities of the complex as well as to offer a show of commitment to America's NATO allies.
